Lucentic, formally WSTBZ Consulting Limited (WSTBZ), is a Project Management and Business Services Consulting firm with proven expertise in project management, system integration, business process design and implementation, IT Operations and audit. The company was founded in July of 2012 in Kingston, Jamaica. At its nucleus, Lucentic is able to:

As a knowledge-driven organization, Lucentic works with its clients to overcome major business and operational challenges by using strategies and techniques that refocus attention to the core of problems or opportunities. This approach has been used to successfully implement large, cross-functional projects, complete complex audit and compliance reviews, redesign critical business processes and undertake remedial operational training. The company enhances overall project delivery and business services implementation by creatively using available resources and specialized tools to enrich design and execution. Team Members

	Wayne Lewis – Managing Director A senior leader with over 20 years of information technology and management experience, Wayne is an accomplished business process consultant and project management professional with expertise in a variety of business functions and information technology areas. In a career covering management positions in banks and technology firms, as well as consultancy, Wayne has successful led a number of large-scale technology projects, workflow improvement initiatives and business transformational programmes. His expertise includes shaping high-performing teams for end-to-end delivery of multi-year, multi-dimensional business and technology change initiatives; envisioning efficiency-driven enterprise solutions and easing organizations into large-scale, transformative, technology-based overhauls.
	Basil Lewis – Director – Professional Services Basil brings 20 years of professional experience rich in Attestation Audits, Financial Reporting, and Management Consulting. This includes implementing Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and 302 requirements based on COSO framework and OMB A-123, Enterprise Risk Management and Internal Controls. Basil has performed multiple audit lead roles for performance, lean initiatives and standardization, compliance, operational audits, business analysis, financial analysis and evaluation of supply chain. He is also a certified project manager.
	Shawn Henlin Lewis – Director – Business Solutions and Quality Assurance Shawn is a rounded business solutions specialist with over 15 years of innovative project management and business analysis experience. Shawn brings a refreshing approach to Business Process Improvement, Project Management and Business Analysis with a high degree of success in her past roles and project undertakings. She is an expert at creating and documenting test plans, coordinating integration and system tests and leading holistic, quality assured implementations. Shawn’s expertise also includes balanced scorecard development, business requirements definition as well as business process design and development.
	Winston Henry – Associate – Technology Solutions Winston is an accomplished project manager and systems architect who brings more than 20 years of experience in Information Technology and Project Management to Lucentic. His expertise lies in managing projects from the conceptual stage to execution and ensuring desired outcomes are achieved. Adept at software application development, system design and network administration, Winston has conceptualized and created solid business solutions in the most demanding circumstances.
